I wouldn't waste my my time and surely not my money with UPC. Gary, enough for a claim. You should be happy and grateful for your insurance company. It reduces your stress. It comes to your aid. And t hat surely is not UPC. IT'S NOW PAST MID MAY OF 2026 AND MY WATER HEATER BURST IN A ATTIC 2/21/26. FROM DAY ONE THEY TOLD WHICH WATER MEDICATION COMPANY THEY PREFER AND THEY WOULD BILL THEM. DIRECTLY . WELL Rytech DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW ICRC-S S5000 THE GOLD STANDARD FOR WATER MITIGATION clear guidelines from removing ceilings completely cutting walls 24 to 36 in up from floor. Some advans installed. Allow proper ventilation now after sending photos, estimates I can get no one to speak to me or correspond manner So, I had to file complaint with South Carolina, department of insurance. Sient UPC a copy. Still nothing but crickets. Very sad. I was in industry 35 years and I've never seen such negligence, lack of empathy incompetence competence
